Cool But Totally Unessessary Items No.1

There are times that we wish we could have a little more privacy, retreating into our own space of quietness. Adults crave this just as much as children. With Cave, we are given the opportunity to embrace our escape. Created as a bookshelf with its own Cave inside, allowing the user to retreat with a good book, or just sit and relax in their space. The Cave bookshelf is large enough to be used as a divider between rooms creating a wall of separation of my space and yours. Available in two sizes: Children and Adult. Books may be stored on both sides of the bookcase with a cave crawlspace in between.

Where The Wild Things Are

I was going to write about the much anticipated Spike Jonze adaptation of the Maurice Sendek children’s classic “Where The Wild Things Are” some time ago now, but i was waiting for more information to come to hand about the film and it’s release date. Sadly, It seems the film may need to be re-edited, re-scripted and re-shot….ultimately because it is being deemed too frightening for children. I read about it here at Kitsune Noir, and rather than repeat his post here on Janglebug, I thought I’d send you over there to read the whole story. Oh, his site is excellent as well.
In the meantime, here’s an old animated version of the classic book for your viewing pleasure.
